Community Guidelines

MYRA is a non-clinical wellness platform built on respect, trust, and care. These guidelines set the standards we expect from everyone, both the people who come to be heard and the Guides who hold that space. Operated by Revaquo Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Why we're here

Our promise to you

MYRA exists so anyone can find a space to be heard. Everyone is welcome here without judgement, and every Guide is expected to hold that space with care and professionalism. These guidelines protect it.

Expected behaviour

What we expect

  • Treat everyone with respect, regardless of background, gender, sexuality, faith, ability, language, or circumstance.
  • Use MYRA only for genuine wellness conversation and support.
  • Give accurate information about yourself at sign-up and in your profile.
  • Respect the confidential nature of conversations here.
  • Cooperate with our safety, escalation, and dispute processes.

Prohibited behaviour

What's not allowed

The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent removal:

  • Harassment or abuse: insulting, threatening, stalking, or repeatedly contacting someone against their wishes.
  • Hate speech or discrimination of any kind, including by caste, religion, gender, sexuality, ability, region, or language.
  • Sexual content, harassment, or solicitation in any session or message.
  • Self-promotion or soliciting off-platform services, products, or payments.
  • Impersonating someone or misrepresenting qualifications, credentials, or identity.
  • Sharing or recording session content outside MYRA without everyone's explicit consent and ours.
  • Disclosing another person's private information (doxxing).
  • Fraud or abuse of bonuses, referrals, credits, chargebacks, or multiple accounts.
  • Bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the platform.
  • Encouraging self-harm, suicide, or violence toward oneself or anyone else.

Boundaries

What MYRA is, and what it isn't

MYRA is a non-clinical wellness platform. Guides do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment, and must never claim clinical authority they don't hold. If you are in clinical or emergency need, you'll be directed to qualified clinicians and emergency services. When anyone shows signs of crisis, Guides follow the MYRA Escalation Protocol.

Keeping the space safe

Reporting & enforcement

If you experience or see something that breaks these guidelines, report it:

  • In-app: use the report option on a profile or session summary screen.
  • Email: write to support@myrawellness.in with the subject REPORT [date], including the user identifier, session ID, and a short description.

Our safety and operations team reviews reports by severity. Outcomes can include private warnings, cooling-off periods, refund or credit adjustments, suspension, or permanent removal. In serious cases involving alleged criminal conduct, we may cooperate with law enforcement.

Your privacy

Confidentiality & privacy

MYRA may record and transcribe sessions for safety auditing, quality, and personalisation, as set out in our Privacy Policy; you will be notified within the call when recording is active. No one may independently record, transcribe, or share session content outside the platform without the explicit consent of everyone involved and MYRA. Sharing another person's private information outside the platform is a serious violation.

Updates

Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Material changes are shared in-app and by email at least 15 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law or to address an urgent safety risk.
