Terms of Service

The agreement between you and MYRA, covering how accounts, Guides, payments, conduct, and safety work on the platform. Operated by Revaquo Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

A non-clinical service

MYRA is a non-clinical wellness platform. It is not a substitute for professional mental-health services, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Guides are independent contractors, not licensed clinicians. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline immediately.

Agreement

Accepting these terms

By accessing or using MYRA you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use MYRA after a change means you accept the updated version.

The platform

What MYRA is

MYRA is a non-clinical wellness marketplace that connects people seeking support ("Seekers") with verified, independent Guides through real-time voice sessions. Sessions come in two forms: on-demand sessions billed per minute at rates MYRA sets, and scheduled sessions of a fixed length paid for in advance. MYRA makes the connection possible but is not a party to the conversation between a Seeker and a Guide, and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your account

Registration

You need an account to use most of the platform. You can register with Google Sign-In or with an email and password. Please give accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.

Account security

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Tell us straight away if you spot unauthorised access. MYRA isn't liable for losses that follow from someone else using your account.

An 18+ platform

MYRA is an 18+ platform. You may register and hold an account only if you are 18 or over, and by registering you confirm that you are. A minor may not register or hold an account of their own.

A parent or legal guardian who wants a minor in their care to take part in a wellness conversation must do so from their own account, stay the sole account holder, be present and actively supervising the session, and take full responsibility for all use of the account, including every session, payment, and interaction with Guides. MYRA forms no direct relationship with any minor, and may pause a session, request verification, or restrict or close an account where it reasonably suspects an unsupervised minor is on the platform. One account per person

Each person may hold only one active Seeker account. Creating extra accounts to claim welcome bonuses, referral credits, or other promotional benefits is prohibited and can mean forfeiture of credits and suspension.

Guides

Terms for Guides

Application & approval

Guides complete an application that includes a review of their experience, scenario-based assessments, and identity verification. MYRA may approve, decline, or revoke Guide status at any time. Guides are independent contractors, not employees of MYRA.

Conduct standards

  • Guides maintain respectful, professional conduct in every session.
  • Guides do not provide medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice, and do not present themselves as therapists or counsellors.
  • Guides report safety concerns (such as signs of self-harm or someone in danger) to MYRA immediately.
  • Guides do not solicit Seekers for off-platform contact or payment.
  • Guides honour their stated availability and accepted bookings. Repeated cancellations or no-shows can lead to payout penalties, reduced visibility in search, suspension, or removal, with the specific tiers set out in the Master Practitioner Agreement.

How Guides are paid

Guides earn per minute of an active session. MYRA keeps a platform commission, shown during onboarding. Earnings are credited to the Guide's platform balance after each session, and paid out on the schedule and method described in the Guide dashboard.

Money

Payments & billing

Wallet

Seekers prepay by topping up their MYRA wallet through Razorpay (UPI, credit and debit cards, or net banking). Wallet balances can't be transferred between users.

On-demand billing

On-demand sessions are billed per minute at the Guide's published rate. Billing starts when the Guide joins the call and ends when either side disconnects. The final amount is rounded up to the nearest whole rupee.

Scheduled sessions

Scheduled sessions are pre-booked appointments at a fixed date, time, and duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes), paid in full at booking from your wallet or a fresh Razorpay payment. A booking is only confirmed once payment is authorised, after which we send you the access details.

  • You can join up to 10 minutes before the start time. Not joining within 5 minutes of the start counts as a no-show.
  • A session is treated as delivered once the Guide is available and joins within the window, whatever the actual length of your participation, subject only to platform-side technical failures.
  • Access links expire automatically at the end of the booked window.
  • Cancellations and reschedules follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy; a Guide-initiated reschedule needs your approval.
  • Platform-wide outages or force-majeure events may lead to an automatic credit note or rescheduling of affected sessions.

Welcome bonus

New Seekers may receive a welcome bonus credit. Welcome credits are applied first during billing, are non-refundable, and may expire as set by MYRA.

Refunds

Wallet top-ups, technical credits, cancellations, and credit notes are all governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited conduct

Things you agree not to do

  • Use the platform for anything unlawful, or to solicit illegal activity.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or use offensive language toward anyone.
  • Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity or experience.
  • Try to manipulate session billing, wallet balances, or our payment systems.
  • Solicit or arrange to take sessions, payments, or contact with a Guide off the platform, where MYRA's safety protections no longer apply.
  • Record a session without the clear consent of everyone on the call.
  • Share confidential session content with anyone outside it.
  • Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools on the platform.
  • Bypass our security measures or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Create multiple accounts or otherwise abuse promotional, referral, or welcome-bonus mechanics.

Looking out for you

Safety & disputes

We take safety seriously. You can report a concern through the in-app dispute system. Reports are triaged by severity and reviewed by our safety team, which may issue warnings, session credits, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Where there are signs of self-harm or someone in imminent danger, MYRA may contact emergency services and/or the person's listed emergency contact without prior consent.

These safeguards (session recording for safety and audit, dispute resolution, and our incident response) apply only to sessions held on the MYRA platform. If you choose to continue a conversation off the platform (for example over personal phone, messaging, or email), it falls outside these protections, and MYRA cannot monitor, mediate, or take responsibility for what happens there. We strongly recommend keeping all contact with Guides on MYRA.

No warranties

Disclaimers

  • The platform is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
  • MYRA doesn't guarantee the experience, advice, or conduct of any Guide.
  • MYRA isn't responsible for the outcome of any session.
  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

Ownership

Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, and code of the MYRA platform belong to Revaquo Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you create, such as feedback and your profile, but grant MYRA a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

Limits

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, MYRA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to MYRA in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. MYRA may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms; on termination your right to use the platform ends immediately. Any wallet balance is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Legal

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
