What is MYRA?

MYRA is India's non-clinical wellness space. We connect you with verified Guidesfor one-tap, voice-first conversations, the moment you need one. You browse, you connect, you talk, and you pay only for the minutes you use. Our promise is simple: it's okay to not be okay, and you don't have to sit with it alone.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. MYRA is non-clinical. Our Guides offer warm, accepting emotional support and a space to think out loud, working within the scope of their training, rather than diagnosing, prescribing, or providing clinical treatment. It's support for the ordinary weight of living, and it isn't a substitute for therapy or medical care. How does pay-per-minute pricing work?

Every Guide sets their own per-minute rate, starting from ₹15 per minute, shown clearly on their profile before you connect. You top up your MYRA balance with whatever amount feels comfortable and are charged only for the minutes you actually talk. The rate is always visible up front, and you can end the call whenever you like.

Are Guides verified?

Yes. Every Guide is reviewed before they ever appear on MYRA. We check background and credentials, hold a structured live conversation to understand their approach, and keep reviewing them based on how members feel after their calls. Only a small share of applicants make it through. You'll see each Guide's focus areas, languages, and feedback from other members so you can choose someone who feels right for you.

Is my conversation private or recorded?

Your conversations are confidential. MYRA may record sessions for safety and quality, and when recording is active, you will be notified within the call room, and what you share stays between you and your Guide. It's never sold or shared with employers, family, or other third parties, except where the law requires it or where it's genuinely needed to keep you safe. MYRA is built to be DPDPA 2023 compliant, with your data stored on Indian servers. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

How do I become a Guide?

If you have experience supporting people through non-clinical mentoring, coaching, or guidance, we'd love to hear from you. Apply through our Guide application and our team will walk you through verification and onboarding.

What's your refund policy?

Balance top-ups are non-refundable but never expire. If a call was cut short by a technical issue or a problem on the Guide's side, we'll credit the affected minutes back to your balance. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

What features are coming soon?

Voice calling, digital journaling, our blog, and Corporate Wellness are live at launch. We're also building text chat, video calls, and session-based booking so you can schedule time with a Guide in advance. Keep an eye out, these are on the way.
