Promotional Campaign Terms

How welcome bonuses, referrals, and promotional credits work on MYRA. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Operated by Revaquo Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Scope

What's covered

These terms apply to every promotional offer MYRA runs: welcome bonuses for new users, referral credits, time-limited discounts, partner promotions, and any other promotional credit (together, "Promotional Credits").

Eligibility

Who's eligible

  • Only registered users with a valid, verified MYRA account.
  • One welcome bonus per person, identified by phone, email, payment instrument, and device.
  • Guides and MYRA employees can't claim user welcome bonuses unless a specific campaign allows it.
  • Promotional Credits can't be transferred between accounts.
  • We may verify eligibility before crediting and hold credit while we do.

How they work

Using your credits

  • Applied automatically to eligible sessions, before your paid wallet balance, unless a campaign says otherwise.
  • Valid only on MYRA, with no cash value.
  • Can't be converted to cash, transferred, or sold under any circumstance.
  • May carry category, session-type, or minimum-length conditions stated in the campaign.

Validity

Expiry & notice

Every Promotional Credit has an expiry date or validity window stated when it's issued, and is forfeited once it lapses. If we ever reduce the value, shorten the validity, or materially change the terms of credits already issued to you, we give at least 15 days' notice by email and in-app, unless the change is required by law, or the credit was issued in error or through fraud or abuse.

Referrals

Where we run a referral programme, both sides earn the credits set out in the campaign rules, provided:

  • The person referred is a genuine, first-time MYRA user.
  • They complete the qualifying action stated in the campaign (such as a first session or first top-up).
  • No self-referrals using a second account, alternate number, or alternate email.
  • We may delay crediting rewards while we check for compliance.

Keeping it fair

Fair use & fraud

We treat the following as abuse of the credit system:

  • Multiple accounts created by one person to claim bonuses or referral credits.
  • Sham referrals of people who don't genuinely use the platform.
  • Use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
  • Collusion between users and Guides to run fake sessions and burn credits.
  • Misusing chargebacks to get both a service and a refund.

Where we detect abuse, we may forfeit unused credits, reverse the value of credits already spent, suspend or terminate the affected accounts, and recover any losses, fees, or expenses, including through legal process.

Updates

Changes & withdrawal

We may amend, pause, or withdraw any campaign at any time. Credits already issued remain subject to the notice rules above.

Legal

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
